Sam and Justin’s wedding at Pleasant Valley Country Club was a pleasure to document. From their beautiful ceremony to their heartfelt reception, every detail was a testament to the love they share. This couple’s journey began years ago at WPI, where they met in gym class, and their bond has only grown stronger since then. Fitting that they decided to go back to WPI to take their couples portraits at Higgins Gardens. Having had the privilege of capturing their engagement session, I was especially excited to be part of their big day.

A Pleasant Valley Country Club Wedding

The day began at the stunning Pleasant Valley Country Club, a venue known for its scenic beauty and exceptional service. Surrounded by nature, the venue offered the perfect space for both the ceremony and reception. The gorgeous landscape provided the perfect location for Sam and Justin’s special day. It gave them a peaceful space to reflect on their love for each other.

The couple’s first look took place at the nearby WPI Higgins Gardens. The lush greenery and colorful flowers were the perfect setting for this intimate moment. Sam’s excitement was evident as she and Justin shared their first glimpse of each other on their wedding day. It was an intimate and quiet exchange that set the tone for the rest of the celebration.

A Memorable First Look and Portraits in the Garden

Sam and her bridal party made a grand entrance to Higgins Gardens in a limousine bus. As soon as Sam stepped out, her eyes were set on Justin, who awaited her in the garden. Their first look was filled with emotions and the photos captured each one. We spent some time in the garden for portraits of just Sam and Justin and the whole wedding party. The natural beauty of the surroundings paired with Sam and Justin’s easygoing nature made for some truly stunning images. Champagne Toast Entertainment played the perfect soundtrack, creating an energetic atmosphere that had everyone on the dance floor. With heartfelt speeches and plenty of dancing, it was clear that Sam and Justin were surrounded by a strong support system and an abundance of love.

As the evening continued, a light rain began to fall. And it added a layer of romance and charm to the evening. With clear umbrellas in hand, Sam and Justin stepped outside so I could capture a few last moments together in the rain. The soft drizzle created a magical backdrop for these photos.
