Alanna and Jorge’s wedding day at The Pierce House in Lincoln, Massachusetts, was a perfect reflection of their unique love story. They have such a playful sense of humor and supportive bond they share. Their wedding was filled with heartfelt moments and pure joy. As a Boston-based wedding photographer, I had the privilege of capturing their beautiful day. Shooting their engagement session months earlier made this celebration even more special to me.

Alanna and Jorge’s relationship is built on a foundation of humor, support, and resilience. Their story began at Becker College where they faced numerous challenges together. Some of which include Jorge’s arm surgeries and Alanna’s father’s battle with cancer. Despite these difficult times, they leaned on each other, and their relationship only grew stronger. Over the years, they’ve supported one another through major life transitions, including Alanna’s move to Arizona for veterinary school and their shared love for adventure.

Their love for each other shines through in everything they do. It's clear that no matter what life throws their way, they’re ready to face it hand in hand.

The Pierce House was the ideal venue for Alanna and Jorge’s autumn wedding. With its charming colonial architecture and scenic grounds, the venue offered both elegance and beauty. The property’s beautiful outdoor areas provided the perfect backdrop for their ceremony and portraits. Whereas the spacious, welcoming interiors set the stage for an unforgettable reception. The warm, fall orange they chose for their wedding color added the perfect touch of vibrancy to the day. It created a stunning contrast against the serene surroundings.

Alanna’s wedding dress was the epitome of timeless elegance. The off-the-shoulder sleeves and simple design made her look effortlessly beautiful, while the purposeful detailing around the bust added a touch of sophistication. She paired her gown with natural, glowing makeup by Ashlyn Ash and a gorgeous hairstyle by Kaitlyn Smith, who styled her hair in elegant curls. Alanna’s bridal look was a perfect balance of grace and simplicity, allowing her radiant personality to shine through.

Jorge, meanwhile, looked dashing in his dark blue suit. He had that gorgeous sunset orange color for his tie and a boutonniere full of that stunning hue. His easygoing and confident presence added to the joy of the day. Their connection was undeniable, and every moment shared between them was a testament to their deep bond.

When it was time for the ceremony, Alanna and Jorge stood before their family and friends, exchanging vows that reflected not only their love for each other but also the strength and resilience they’d built over the years. Jorge saw Alanna for the first time down the aisle and there was not a dry eye. The ceremony, held looking against the backdrop of the venue’s lovely grounds, was heartfelt and emotional.

After the ceremony, the couple and their guests moved inside for the reception, where the energy was nothing short of electric. The cocktail hour was filled with laughter, mingling, and a chance for guests to relax and enjoy the celebration.

The couple’s grand entrance was followed by their first dance, which was an emotional moment. The energy in the room was palpable. The laughter and joy from the speeches and toasts set the tone for the rest of the evening.

Then came the dancing. Scott Sica, the DJ, got the party going by spinning the perfect mix of songs that had everyone on the dance floor. Guests danced with glow sticks and light-up glasses which was so much fun.

Alanna and Jorge’s wedding at The Pierce House was a beautiful celebration of their love and commitment to one another. From the heartfelt ceremony and the unforgettable reception, it was a day that reflected who they are as a couple. I feel so fortunate to have been a part of their journey and to have captured these precious memories.
